Fumo's combination of traditional recipes, fresh ingredients and years of experience is always going to be a winning formula. With ingredients shipped in from the trading tables of Milan and a wine selection that perfectly accompanies the flavours of each dish, expect big things from this Soho eatery. Of course, for every restaurant committing itself to traditional recipes, maintaining a high level of freshness is always going to be the biggest challenge.
