Join us for a live Q&A Panel in association with Mental Health UK. We will be discussing the effects on self-esteem in young women in a highly pressurised world, and what resilience tactics can be employed to help fight back.

Compared by a representative from Mental Health UK our live Q&A will have two speakers:

Our first speaker - Helen Williams Is the England co-ordinator for the delivery of 'Bloom', Mental Health UK's young people's resilience programme. Helen is also a Director of Rose and Butterfly, her own coaching business, where she supports people to build confidence, understand their current position, and their future potential. She previously coached at the Young Women’s Trust and has worked at other leading mental health charities including The Mix, Young Minds, and Beat.

Our second speaker - Louise Jones is a Copywriter at Anthony Nolan, the charity saving the lives of people with blood cancer. Having previously worked and written for The Mix, Asthma UK, Beat, and Helen's own Rose & Butterfly, she is well versed in championing young people and empowering them to make the best decisions for themselves. When Louise isn't encouraging people to join the Anthony Nolan stem cell register, she's tweeting at @louisejonesetc and blogging at Biscuits & Blisters, her award-winning blog of 10 years where she writes openly and honestly about her own experience with her mental health as a young woman.

Hayman's Gin will also be attending as they celebrate their 'Behind every great gin...is a great woman' campaign. Their three copper stills are named after the female members of their family run business.

Marjorie - named after Christopher Hayman's Mother

Karin - named after Christopher Hayman's Wife, and mother to James and Miranda Hayman

Miranda - named after Christopher Hayman's Daughter and fifth generation family member.

Bill's are offering a Hayman's 'Small Gin' & Tonic and a £5 donation to Mental Health UK.
