Taking over the site formerly held by Clapton's Lardo Bebe pizzeria, Casa Fofó is the first solo venture from Pidgin head chef Aldofo de Cecco. On a similar tack to his old stomping ground, de Cecco is taking inspiration from Pidgin's weekly dish overhaul, only the Casa Fofó menu with be getting a fresh look every day.

The dishes themelves offer a meshing of global flavours and contemporary culinary techniques, and guests to the restaurant could find all manner of intelligently crafted flavour combinations, from tempura shiso leaves with retired dairy cow beef tartare to Mah Kwon pepper croqueline with shio koji mascarpone.
