London is about to become home to yet another world-renowned Neapolitan pizzeria as Italian heavyweight Gino Sorbillo is set to open up shop along Regent Street.

Following successful rollouts in New York, Rome and Miami, the celebrated pizzaiola is continuing his worldwide dough domination with the launch of Sorbillo in the next couple of weeks. The 60-seater site has been in the works for the last two years and will join two of Naples' finest pizza spots already in the city. 

Sorbillo's menu will feature all the classics, along with a few nods to a number of the country's distinct regions. Expect dishes such as the Lombardia; a cheese feast of gorgonzola, Emmental, Parmigiano and buffalo mozzarella, as well as the Portofino - a mouth-watering pesto-infused take on the classic Margherita.
