From the owner of Boondocks and Stax comes her third opening, The Famous Flames, a 12-seater restaurant serving a grill-inspired feast. Opening in January, the venue has a chicken-heavy menu; fancy wings? Well get them with five different sauces (Buffalo, Memphis BBQ, Filipino, Korean and Southern) or go for the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with cayenne butter sauce.

London's streets are being swept by an unstoppable craze, a fried-chicken craze that shows no sign of abating, and the latest addition is The Famous Flames. Opening in Camden, the restaurant will have more of a takeaway vibe as well as some serious American credentials. They will serve their burgers in Martin's Famous Potato Rolls, the very same used at Shake Shack.
