Entrepreneur Bea Vo is opening her third restaurant, The Famous Flames opposite Camden Tube Station in January. After the success of Boondocks and Stax, the new venue will be using a fire grill to serve up a range of meat dishes. The menu is inspired by American cuisine with five types of deep fried wings to choose from: Buffalo, Memphis BBQ, Filipino, Korean and Southern and burgers are served in Martin's Famous Potato Rolls from America - the same used by Shake Shack. 

The restaurant will only have space for 12 and is expected to focus more on takeaways; as well as serving chicken wings, there will also be a delicious selection of burgers. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with cayenne butter sauce looks set to be a crowd pleaser.
