Like your wine just as much as your food? Well, you're in luck because Melanie Brown (behind The New Zealand Cellar and The Australian Cellar in Brixton) is launching an all-day neighbourhood brasserie and wine bar on Coldharbour Lane. Opening this November, The Laundry will serve breakfast through to dinner as well as weekend brunches and an impressive selection wines and cocktails late into the evening. On the menu will be highlights including chicken liver parfait, duck ham and housemade milk break as well as Hereford beef tartar with fermented chilli, prawn oil and beef fat potato chips. 

Named after the venue's historic tenants - a working laundry for nearly 120 years - The Laundry will retain many of its original features whilst adding in a mixture of vintage decor and contemporary furnishings, including antique mirrors, counter seating and various banquettes.
