What they say:

The Vietnamese style of eating with rice papers invites the diner to fold cooked meats, fish and veg into soft sheets of rice paper together with fine rice noodles, fresh herbs and leaves before folding up and dipping in a choice of sauces. It makes for a fun, creative and highly sociable way of eating, ideal for in-house group dinners or a creative and different way to entertain guests.

What we say:

Fold looks to tick all of our boxes - it's tasty, it's fun, and it's healthy! Much liked you'd decorate a curry with with poppadums, naan, pickles, chutneys et al, Vietnamese rice folding dishes share the same 'build your own' concept - a great way to share flavours and delicious small dishes with friends. Even better, with everything here being super fresh, and steamed or grilled instead of fried, you won't have to use up a weeks worth of calories on one lunch either.
