Not only does the opening of Texas Joe's on July 4th clearly stand this restaurant in good Americana stead, they're likely going to be one of the only all-out Texas themed restaurants in London; that's something alright. And with a Dallas born and bred fella at the helm, expect meaty moments throughout.
