We can’t lie, the prospect of feasting on Hawksmoor’s signature hunks of tender and sustainable meat is making us want to skip Christmas and fast-forward straight to opening day. Hawksmoor is right up there with the best when it comes to eating steak in London and 2017 is set to be a huge year for the group, with this Borough Market opening followed by a first venture overseas as they launch Hawksmoor NYC in the World Trade Center at the end of the year.
