WE'VE MOVED TO THE SECOND THURSDAY OF THE MONTH!

Headliner KIRI PRITCHARD-MCLEAN is a multi-award winning comedian, writer and podcaster whose sellout Edinburgh show "Victim, Complex" was recognised as one of the Fringe's top rated shows of 2018.  She has appeared on Comedy Central at the Comedy Store, The Russell Howard Hour, BBC, and The Now Show and her hugely successful true crime podcast, All Killa No Filla, has toured both the UK and the US. She is also writer/director of sketch comedy group Gein's Family GIft shop, which was nominated for the prestigious Foster's Comedy Award and subsequently won the Chortle Best Newcomer Award. Clever, dark, and willing to take on even the most difficult of subjects, Kiri is a brilliant act not to be missed.

"Electrifying. . .poignant and breath-sapping." - The Independent

"She speaks with depth and emotional intelligence. . .tour de force stuff." - Chortle

"No opportunity is missed for a second laugh to build upon the first; every joke comes with a just-as-funny aside." - The Guardian

"Kiri is using her platform to say something significant, important and most of all making it bloody hilarious. Her captivating stage presence together with her hilarious insights make for a truly entertaining and thought-provoking set." - The Wee Review

Opening act is Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee SARA BARRON.  Sara is an American writer turned standup living in London who has written for Vanity Fair, published two essay collections, and hosted hit U.S. storytelling show, The Moth.  She's featured on The Guilty Feminist, BBC R4Xtra, and Dave Gorman’s “Modern Life is Goodish" and her Edinburgh debut show "For Worse" was nominated for Best Newcomer in August 2018.

“Sara Barron has established herself as the Michael Phelps of complaining.” - The New Yorker

"A raucous, unapologetic hour. . .expertly dancing on that line of acceptability." - The Skinny

"Well written, beautifully delivered and damned funny." - Three Weeks

Comedy Paradise is hosted by resident MC (and local resident) the award-winning US comedian Taylor Glenn. "Like seeing your life translated into funny" - FEST

NOTE: Show starts at 20:00 so plan to arrive early to get your drinks and take your seats - or better yet, arrive even earlier and try the Paradise £20 set menu (winner of the Open Table Diners' Choice Award 2018)

Due to occasional circumstances beyond our control, lineup is subject to change.
