Join Guardian writer, mother and author Anna Jones as we dine and raise money for Brest Cancer charity Coppafeel. Anna and her charity joining forces with Paradise head chef Cat Ashton for a feast of vegetables and spectacular produce.
Anna Jones aka We Are Food's books 'A Modern Way to Cook' and 'A Modern Way to Eat' are international bestsellers and blueprints for joyful and delicious food. Cat Ashton, our head chef, is originally from Australia and previously cooked at Petersham Nurseries with a passion for produce and good times.
We have brought these two foodie friends together for a celebratory evening of dishes that taste incredible and are doing you good. Anna will be on hand to sign books, take selfies and answer all your questions.
Coppafeel are here to help everyone stand the best possible chance of surviving breast cancer by educating you on the importance of getting to know your boobs.
A note from them:
‘Too many women, and men, die of breast cancer due to late detection. Currently over 2000 cases are diagnosed at stage 4 each year – there is no stage 5. This is unnecessary. We strongly believe all young people should be taught about all cancers and how to lead healthy lives from a young age. Which is why we have instigated a campaign to #RethinkCancer
