Disco Yoga is not only the hottest fitness trend, it's the most glamorous and fun way to bend and stretch!
After selling out every week on Tuesday nights in Old Street, Disco Yoga is bringing the mid-week party to the Prince of Peckham, so you can groove your way to a happy humpday! Don your sequins and spandex, if you fancy, and pile on the glitter until you sparkle like a mirror ball. Shimmy off your post work stress, at let Disco Yoga take you to Boogie Wonderland with a unique style of flow yoga, to a glorious mix of disco music. We will have you sweating glitter as you dance, sing and shake your body down before taking a disco nap in the coolest of cool downs, until cocktail 'o' clock!
After the class you can reward yourself with a super smooth, super tasty, super food inspired cocktail, included in the ticket price. Don't worry about coming along solo, Disco Yoga will get you moving, laughing and chatting with your classmates.
Blame it on the Blueberry, Its Raining Melon, Hallelujah! & the Disco Inferno are just some of the special disco themed cocktails on offer each week.
Your hosts are Princess of Peckham, Fraggle Jury (Fraggle + Yoga = Froga), calling the yoga moves and Dancing Queen DJ Darlo, spinning the disco grooves.

It’s for people who love to train hard and party hard, disco lovers, yoga aficionados and first timers looking for a new way to unwind and socialise!
Our mission is to never take life, disco or yoga too seriously. Disco Yoga® will get you moving, dancing, laughing, chatting and connecting.
We start each class with the option to "Glitter Up" at our glitter station before taking your place on a Disco Yoga® mat - no need to bring one. Blissful, energising sequences to a glorious mix of disco classics will rejuvenate your mind, body, soul, reboot your body and take you to Boogie Wonderland.
After the class you can reward yourself with a super tasty, superfood cocktail, and get to know your classmates. It's Raining Melon, Hallelujah! Blame it on The Blueberry and the Disco Inferno are just some of the disco twisted cocktails on offer each week. Each drink offers extra health and beauty benefits provided by their natural superfood ingredients. Yes, it's official, Disco Yoga® will make you even more beautiful!

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
