I had never been to this place and it was really quirky and I liked it We went upstairs for the film and given a REALLY good cocktail and an infant sized portion of popcorn The "cinema" is a room with a projector but had some cool directors chairs and bean bag chairs and had a bar in there. So looks wise it was good. The problem believe it or not... was the STAFF They did not put the volume up on the film... but were talking normally to each other in the bar. Like you wouldn't pick up a few words of the convo, you would hear word for word. And when people on the roof terrace (I'm assuming) wanted a drink, they would talk louder as there was some music outside. At one point the music went UP and I could see people looking around like the staff wasn't serious. So for a good ⅔ of the tim at LEAST, the staff were talking normally like they didn't have to whisper at all or music or some other distraction was taking place. Experience wis tho, it was very good!

Thank you for your review, we are glad that your overall experience with us was enjoyable but we do apologise that sound levels were not satisfactory and the noise level from our staff was not kept to a minimum. Both issues have been addressed and to avoid for future screenings. As an apology for any inconvenience caused we would like to offer you two free tickets to our July screening, please email info@wearebigchill.com for further information.
