Game Demonstration & BBQ Evening with Chris Sole
Join us on 16th October for a special evening celebrating seasonal game, great food and the art of outdoor cooking.
We’re delighted to welcome Chris Sole for a professional live game demonstration, where he will take you through the preparation and butchery of a whole deer, sharing his knowledge, techniques and tips along the way.
Following the demonstration, enjoy selection of specially prepared game dishes created by our Head Chef, Dave, and cooked over the fire on our Green Egg BBQ. Chris will also share his expertise on seasonal game dishes, how to choose the best cuts of game meat, and how to make the most of them when creating your own dishes at home.
Your evening will begin at 19:00, with a complimentary drink on arrival, followed by an evening of live cooking, delicious flavours and plenty of inspiration.
With more flavours to discover throughout the evening, this is an experience for anyone who loves great food, game and outdoor cooking.
