Situated in the former law courts of the Bank of England, this is a beautiful place serving beautiful food and drink. Boasting a stunning interior steeped in history, The Old Bank of England can be found on Fleet Street, close to Temple station.
Hand-crafted pies are the speciality here. Each option is lovingly prepared using melt-in-the-mouth shortcrust pastry and the highest quality of filling, and accompanied to the table by mash and gravy. There’s also a range of other British classics like beer battered fish & chips and Hampshire sourced steak burgers. Mouth watering yet? Ours too. Again.
The venue also offers a strong range of wines, whiskeys and a selection of Fuller’s award-winning ales to pick between. Everything can be enjoyed on the opulent ground floor, in their wonderful courtyard or upstairs in the viewing gallery.
Offering a high standard in food, drink and ambience, dining at The Old Bank of England is dining at the height of sophistication.
