What they say:

Wholesome and simple pleasures come in the shape of London's pubs, and that's a feat that Stanley Pubs were not willing to ignore as they took over Dalston pubbing stronghold Dissenting Academy. Presenting their latest opening, The Lady Mildmay, Stanley's are promising yet another chilled venture with Mediterranean inspired pub food, roaring fireplaces, cosy spots and more. 'A pub is for whiling away an afternoon by the fire place with a friend, or for a gathering around a table for lunch'.

What we say:

While the Dissenting Academy was a charm on London's boozer bracelet, aspirations for this new Stanley Pubs venture are all too hard to ignore. Having seen their previous work at the likes of the De Beauvoir Arms, Stoke Newington could be coming up trumps with The Lady Mildmay as Stanley's are all too familiar with brilliant and chilled afternoons set to the tone of great pub food.
