The perfect pop-up for all beer aficionados out there, the Beer Rebellion's residency at Late Knights in Gipsy Hill has definitely caught the attention of many. One of the most brilliantly simple pop-ups out there, it's also currently one of the best.

Beer Rebellion's philosophy is simple. It's about good quality beer and sharing this passion with anyone willing to listen. Boasting a multitude of craft ales, they have 8 casks on with a different line-up each week, 6 ciders, 50 something beers and a bit of whisky as well for good measure.

Not just a drinkers paradise, they also provide street-style burgers and chips, using only the finest and freshest ingredients available to go along with whatever drink you desire. Open Monday to Friday between 5pm and 11.30pm and on weekends between 12pm and 11:30pm, you definitely have to take a trip down to Late Knights.
