Beefeater Opens House Of Gin In Oval

Gin lovers of the capital rejoice; for Beefeater London are primed and ready to open the capital's first dedicated gin distillery on the 22nd May. Master distiller Desmond Payne has tapped into his 45-year experience of the gin industry to spearhead this unique London attraction, which will take its guests on an interactive tour of the history of one of the UK's most loved spirits.

Who better to tell the story of Gin than London's only historic dry gin distillery?

Opening in the shadow of the Oval Cricket Ground, the Home of Gin allows fans to get up close and personal with the spirit like they never have before. Guests will embark on an enthralling story talking them right the way through the production of gin throughout the course of history; from the cobbled Victorian streets right up to the present day. They'll also have the chance to observe the live production process in all its glory, before enjoying a complementary classic G&T to round things off.

A truly authentic story told by London's only historic dry gin distillery; tickets are priced at £12 for adults and £10.80 for concessions. The Home of Gin opens on the 22nd May at 22 Monford Place, SE11 5DE.
