Under the creative eye of Dom Jacobs (former director of bars at Sketch and head bartender at The Fifth Floor Bar at Harvey Nichols), the oldest pub in Mayfair is undergoing major refurbishment, and is due to relaunch soon with a fresh new face and a cool selection of cocktails, wines and ales. The Running Horse will reopen soon as a new Mayfair favourite for after work drinks, lunch with friends and private hire venue.

Once The Running Horse has been all spruced up, there is no doubt that it'll look as good as its clientele (almost). Attracting a stylish yet unpretentious crowd, this will reinvent itself as a cool after work hangout, serving an innovative selection of cocktails, some of the finest spirits, wines and beer. There is no doubt in our minds that The Running Horse is set to become one of our favourite pubs in Mayfair.
