This workshop will allow us the clarity, relaxation + creativity we need in order to manifest what we desire in life! Drawing, painting or artfully creating symbols of what we would like to achieve, is clinically proven to have an affect on the subconscious, helping us actualise what we desire.

Join us for another event in the RSA Wellness Programme.

Fire + Alchemy have collaborated with the Royal Society of Arts The RSA to host a selection of wonderful events at their stunning property, RSA House on John Adam Street, London; a 2 minute walk from Charing Cross station.

This event:

This workshop creates an environment that encourages clarity, relaxation + creativity, in order to manifest what we desire in life! Using our own creative expression in art to draw, paint or symbolise what we would like to achieve + manifest, is clinically proven to have an affect on the subconscious the driver of our actions, especially when combined with writing down our desires which stimulates the conscious mind.

Furthermore, creativity helps us to tune into our emotions, express our thoughts + ideas more freely.

Studies tell us that embracing + practicing mindful art can:

- Calm our nervous system.

- Reduce our stress + anxiety levels.

- Improve our mood.

- Quieten our mind-chatter.

- Can instigate a meditative effect.

- Help to express emotions.

- Enhance self awareness.

- Improve concentration + mental clarity.

- Give us the opportunity, by slowing down, to reflect upon we are feeling + thinking.

This workshop combines guided meditation, journal prompts, a safe space to open our creative minds, intention setting + manifestation, as well as mindful art to take home.

- A 20 minutes tea + coffee break will be incorporated mid-way through the workshop.

Another great evening at the Cosmic Pumpkin. Last Wednesday in April I hope to go again. As the last poet of the evening said "this is turning into my favourite poetry place in London". I agree and Mr Gee has a lot to do with that.

Always a brilliant poetry night at the Cosmic Pumpkin, the Open Mic sees a varied type of poets, each inspiring in different ways. The host Mr. Gee offers a great encouraging environment based on sharing and not competing, making everyone welcome, in addition to offering his own craft with performance poetry and a bit of comedy with his gentle humour. The place is also great and easy to reach in Central London.
