A deeply restorative experience combining guided breathwork, visual sound meditation, and set to an ambient soundscape with live performed vocal echoes, reverbs and soft atmospheric layers in the background. Designed to release stress, ease mental tension, and bring you back to a grounded, centred state.
For the session, you’ll rest comfortably on your mat, wrapped in warmth, as we begin with steady, intentional breathing to calm the nervous system and anchor your awareness. From there, a guided visual meditation will lead you into a quieter inner space, helping you connect with your intuition, soften the mind, and invite deep rest.
As you drift in this meditative state, I offer gentle, healing touch to encourage physical and energetic release, with soft vocal tones woven into an ambient soundscape to support harmony throughout. To shape the soundscape, I won’t be using bowls or gongs. Instead, I work with the human voice—the most ancient instrument we have—layered with echo and reverb to expand its tones and vibrations. Blended with modern technology, the voice unfolds into an ambient field of depth, movement, and flow.
Open to all levels, this practice is ideal for anyone navigating a busy day — particularly professionals looking to pause, reset, and restore their energy after work.

Tor Njamo is a guide, intuitive, and wellness brand consultant who creates transformative spaces for stillness, reflection, healing, and growth. Working with the breath, guided meditation, transformative guidance, and energetic intelligence, he bridges the human and the spiritual with a grounded, clear presence.
Rooted in a lineage of intuitive practices and shaped by years of leadership, teaching, and brand consultancy, his work invites emotional clarity, deep reflection, and authentic connection. 4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
