In April 2024, we launched a cooking competition in
partnership with The Felix Project, calling all amateur
chefs, food enthusiasts, and small food businesses to repurpose
food waste into delicious, innovative dishes. Now, the moment has
come to see the top ten finalists showcase their culinary
masterpieces and nominate one winner! We have an exciting judging
panel, including Max La Manna, Martyn Odell, Romy
Gill and a few more.
Join us for an evening of culinary innovation, where food
waste is transformed into a feast. Network with fellow food
enthusiasts, support sustainable practices, and maybe even get
inspired to try your own food waste recipes at home!
