Ciao everybody!
Are you ready for my next cooking class? Zia Sonia is ready and exited to teach you the secret of how to make handmade fusilli, which, based on the old tradition, realised with a specific iron instrument.
The speciality of this pasta is that zia Sonia (as some of you already know) is an excellent expert and passionate about cooking fish (because my uncle Seba is an Adriatic Sea fisherman) and also that this pasta is perfect for all people, like vegan for example.
So let’s celebrate pasta on this day! The one that we will prepare is called “Fusilli al pesto tremitese” with English clamps and capers from Tremiti islands.
