Mindfulness in the City
Join us for FREE drop-in meditation sessions designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel more at ease.
In our fast-paced world, we often face constant distractions and an endless to-do list. Being continuously "on the go" can leave us feeling stressed, anxious, tired, or disconnected. These mindful meditation sessions offer a chance to pause, relax, and experience some much-needed quiet respite. By calming the body and mind, we can relax the nervous system and enhance our wellbeing, helping us prepare for the week ahead.
What will happen during the session?
Each session will last 30 minutes and include a brief introduction, followed by a guided meditation and Q&A. Some sessions may also feature mindful movement and breathwork.

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the session begins. Please note that latecomers will not be accepted, as this can cause disruption.
