We couldn't invite you all to RAVE at 338 without showing the ENGLAND VS FRANCE match first. Get ready because after kicking some ass we will see you all on the dance-floor for a proper Sankeys Rave. Massive screens, beer on tap and a sick lineup.
As the weather starts to turn and the winter nights become longer, we prepare ourselves for our very last party for the year at our London home of Studio 338! We have had, without a doubt, our biggest year ever so we are going to make sure it ends in the biggest way possible!
This December 10th, we take the tradition of a Christmas party to a whole new level and party with all our Sankeys family under the glass-roofed terrace of Studio 338 for a spectacular 10 hour XMAS rave! 'Tis the season to be Jolly? We think so!
Expect no stone to be left unturned when it comes to production to make sure we capture every bit of that Christmas spirit we all know and love but of course, as with any Sankeys, it won't just be about the production... We have carefully handpicked and curated our most cutting edge line-up of the year to match.
As this is our official last party of 2022 we want to see all of our Sankeys family there in full force!

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
