The Grand is an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome. However, given the physical structure of our building, unfortunately we can only offer level access to the main floor of The Grand. We do not have a fully accessible toilet but we do our best to help. If you have any access requirements or wish to bring someone to assist you during the performance, please contact us directly before purchasing your ticket. You can do this by phoning 020 7223 6523. 5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
