Brunch is getting its most boujee makeover yet.

Picture the scene: you're at the top of the Gherkin, the sun is shining over the London skyline, and there's a diamond in the bottom of your glass of Dom Pérignon. That's right - the one that's there the next morning, that lets you drink from 11am, and doesn't judge when you roll in late with last night's makeup still on: brunch is handing out solitaires. Or rather Iris Bar by Searcys is handing out diamonds over the course of December, with their most luxurious brunch event yet.

The sky-high bar has partnered with Dom Pérignon for a series of parties that will see guests winning a £1000 rock. The catch? Everyone might just think they're 'the one' as each and every welcome glass will have a stone in it, with the real diamond being announced by the on-site inspector at the end of the brunch. No need to nibble your fingernails while waiting to find out if you're the winner. The day will be set in an iconic rooftop bar, with views over the city, and there will be four fancy brunch courses to feast on, including caviar.

Diamond Brunch: Experience Hedonism is taking place at Iris Bar by Searcys on Sunday 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd December. Tickets cost £120 and include a four-course brunch, glass of Dom Pérignon, and the chance to win a diamond worth £1000.
