The Return of Winterville: Victoria Park's winter market opens its doors

Winterville in East London's Victoria Park

Winterville in East London's Victoria Park returns this holiday season and sets a bigger stage than in the past

Winterville in Victoria Park returns to its East London throne with bigger and more attractions than it has in the past. All winter market staples are there, an ice rink, a festive market, food hall, and a traditional fairground. But what Winterville does different than the rest are its unique attractions-- Spiegeltent, a winter cinema, and a crazy golf course. You heard us.

Take a journey to the Spiefeltent for alternative entertainment ranging from cabaret, club nights, comedy shows, live music, and even a wild game of bingo. If that isn't up your alley the Backyard Cinema may be more your speed. Tucked away through tree tunnels and 'The Winter Night Garden' is the cinema playing different holiday films everyday, with multiple screenings each day. Winterville even teamed up with Plonk, the market is now equipped with a nine-hole green of ice beasts, snowdrifts and other wild winter creatures.

Entrance to Winterville is free but some attractions require advanced tickets. Spend as much or as little time as you want within your means in East London's Victoria Park. Whether you're eating your way through London local food stalls in the food hall, watching the ice skaters go round-and-round, or enjoying a holiday cabaret show, Winterville guarantees a good time for all and to all a good night.

Winterville will be open on 26 November to 20 December, Mon-Thrs 3pm-10pm, Fri 3pm-10:30pm, Sat 11am-10:30pm, Sun 11am-10pm and 21 December to 23 December from 11am-10pm daily.
