The Fence Is Going Plant-Based To Celebrate National Vegetarian Week

Fuller Veggie Kitchen Fence Farringdon London Bar News

The Fence will be having a meat-free May as Fuller's Veggie Kitchen takes over the Farringdon pub and restaurant.

Farringdon's The Fence is doing its bit for National Vegetarian Week (14th - 20th May) as the Fuller's Kitchen venue will be serving up nothing but vegan and veggie options. From pulled jackfruit tacos to a Kentucky fried seitan burger and big vegetarian roasts served on a Sunday, all the ingredients in the Fuller's Veggie Kitchen are sourced from Sheringham's Covent Garden. The bar will be bringing its own veggie revolution by serving up vegan prosecco, Champagne and beer, along with a Hard Juice Bar crafting superfood cocktails.

But veggie kitchens aren't just for National Vegetarian Week, so The Fence will be going meat-free for the entire month, while 160 other Fuller's Kitchens across the country will observing a vegetarian takeover with a range of signature dishes and a menu of vegan beers and wines. The whole venue will be transformed into an urban garden for this month-long celebration of all things meat-free. Whether you're popping in for a tasty veggie roast, settling in for a boozy vegan brunch or hanging around for one of their great Saturday night DJs, this fun and vibrant pop up will be your most guilt-less guilty pleasure.

Fuller's Veggie Kitchen runs everyday until June 2nd at The Fence, 67-69 Cowcross Street, Farringdon, London EC1M 6BP.
