Lost Oasis: London's Secret Tropical Garden In Trafalgar Square

What Is Lost Oasis?

Lost Oasis is a boozy, botanical pop-up presented by The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the spectacular 200-acre garden in Cornwall. Nestled within the grounds of St Martin-in-the-Fields in Trafalgar Square, it has transformed one of London's busiest squares into a lush retreat filled with exotic plants, shady areas, and themed bars.

Best of all, entry is free, and the pop-up runs until Sunday, 30th August.

What Food And Drink Is At Lost Oasis?

Lost Oasis is a step above your average beer garden. Chef residencies from the likes of Adam Handling, Sally Abe, Nathan Outlaw, and more bring some serious culinary credibility to the outdoor space, with each chef creating their own menu. For drinks, you've got three spots to choose from:

  • The Mud Maid Bar: a botanical-themed centrepiece inspired by the Lost Gardens of Heligan's sculptures
  • The Cornish Orchard Cider Tree: you can pour your own pint from a sculptural cider tree
  • The Whispering Bar: a more intimate space dedicated to rosé and wine

What's On At Lost Oasis?

In addition to the selection of food and drinks, there's plenty of entertainment to enjoy, including:

  • Screenings of FIFA World Cup, Wimbledon Championships, and F1 Grand Prix
  • Live music with Sofar Sounds
  • Comedy nights
