Toast the return of the sharp-tongued Lady Violet with the fittingly named The Lady

In celebration of the Crawley family’s return to the big screen, drink like Lord and Lady Grantham at aqua shard, with their new Downton Abbey-inspired cocktail menu. Expect drinks such as the Mrs Hughes-inspired Head Housekeeper - a thoroughly British concoction of Honeybee gin, lemon and raspberry jam, served within a teacup; a whiskey and absinthe-based The Butler, in homage to the stiff-upper lipped Mr Carson; as well as the fittingly potent The Lady, made with violet gin, white port, creme de violette and lychee juice - an appropriate tribute to everyone’s favourite sass-mouthed Lady Violet.

As well as its thoroughly British cocktails, the 31st floor's stunning views of the London skyline make for a killer combo and will have you feeling all kinds of patriotic. Cue the theme music...
