Tacos? Completed it mate. Or so you might think. While I'm sure you've run the gamut of more traditional tiny tortillas, ploughed through pulled pork carnitas and grown fed up of fish croquettes, there's more to this city's taco collection than just the classics. 

It's no surprise that temper - a restaurant so averse to playing by the rules it doesn't even comply with the basics of grammar - is leading the charge on this front with its notorious cheeseburger tacos. The Ogleshield-covered, aged-beef bearing morsels have probably clocked up more Instagram action than your average influencer, and now they're showing you how to make them from scratch at their taco masterclass.

Head down to their Covent Garden restaurant where for just £35 their talented team of taco tutors will be on hand to guide you through crafting process, from making your tortillas from scratch to filling them with the good stuff. On top of that you'll be furnished with one of temper's signature cocktails upon arrival, and you'll finish the session with a Quiquiriqui mezcal tasting and taco pairing.
