Featuring London’s very own Songstress of Soul Vanessa Freeman with full band LIVE!
Plus a full-on Brazillian flavoured Samba Party to ring in the new year with Afro-Brazillian favourites Da Lata LIVE!
A unique NYE Party with a chance to experience two live bands alongside the very best DJ’s from London’s Soul and Jazz scenes in an intimate and personal setting with a 250 capacity.
There’ll be two rooms of top tuneage featuring the very best in Soul, Disco, Funk, Jazz, Latin, Brazilian and Deep Soulful Afro House plus the opportunity to experience the famous midnight LONDON FIREWORKS display before your very eyes at no extra cost!
Mucho Soul’s Ket Shah and DJ A.K.A alongside special guest Dr Bob Jones and Likwid London's Shep Kennedy will be hosting the main arch and presenting two live performances from Vanessa Freeman (inc full band) and Afro-Brazillian favourites Da Lata! whilst our intimate second arch ‘Feeling Good Jazz Room’ will be hosted by DJ Harv alongside one of the most respected Jazz DJs in the business Patrick Forge.
NB Venue address: Topolski Bar & Gallery, 150-152 Hungerford Arches, Concert Hall Approach, South Bank, London SE1 8XU. You will have the opportunity to view the LONDON FIREWORKS in an area on Belvedere Road, opposite the Royal Festival Hall, one minute walk from Topolski.
IMPORTANT TRAVEL & SECURITY INFORMATION FOR ALL SOUL ON THE SOUTH BANK NYE TICKET HOLDERS
The following important information has now been released by Jack Morton Ltd and the Greater London Authority concerning security and travel for our Soul On The South Bank NYE Party at Topolski Gallery & Bar Hungerford Arches, 150-152 Concert Hall Approach, Lambeth, London SE1 8XU.
Please note that ticket holders for the Topolski Soul On The South Bank NYE event do not need to buy the separate £10 ticket for the New Year’s Eve Fireworks released by the Mayor of London.
You will have access to an area on Belvedere Road located opposite the Royal Festival Hall to view the midnight firework display at no extra cost. However, please note that access to the outside area to view the fireworks is not guaranteed and may be limited due to adverse weather conditions. This is at the direction of Jack Morton Ltd and the Greater London Authority and is not under the control of Topolski or its staff.
In line with the Mayor of London’s New Year’s Eve Fireworks, Topolski introduces special security procedures for the duration of the event for the safety of our visitors. These include baggage screening.
Glass bottles, glass containers and food and drink will not be allowed to be taken into Topolski.
Ticket holders must bring their printed ticket to the Topolski event with them as all Topolski ticket holders will need to present their printed ticket to stewards at security cordons along the route from Waterloo station to Topolski. Printed receipts or a ticket on a phone will not be accepted by stewards.
We recommend you travel to Waterloo Station. Before 8pm you can walk from Waterloo Station to Topolski via Concert Hall Approach. After 8pm your route from Waterloo Station to Topolski will be directed via Cornwall Road so you will enter Belvedere Road from the East. After 8pm you will be directed to the appropriate gate on Belvedere Road that leads to Topolski on Concert Hall Approach.
All roads in the area will be closed by the police from 8pm onwards.
You are strongly advised to arrive at Topolski between 7pm and 8pm.
From 8pm the gates for the London NYE Fireworks ticket holders will open and the area will become much busier.
There is no guarantee that ticket holders will be able to access the area after 8pm and we regret that no refunds for unused tickets will be given.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
