We are very excited to announce our first live class of 2023 at Tooting Tram and Social! Disco Yoga offers you the perfect way to groove with your friends, get a wellness boost, and have fun at the same time!
Arrive 15 minute before to ‘Glitz Up’ at our DIY glitter bar then enjoy a full hour of flow style yoga to a dazzling disco soundtrack. First we will get you warmed up, then, yes sir, you can boogie 'til you just can't boogie no more.
Let go of your stress and re-charge for the weekend ahead! You’ll be Stayin’ Alive & Kung Fu fighting away the week with groove in your heart, dancing your way into the weekend...
After class, you can kick back and socialise. Let's Get Fizz-ical with a glass of something fabulous - either Prosecco, beer or a glass of wine. Non-alcoholic options are a rum punch mocktail or an alcohol free beer.
No experience necessary, all levels welcome. Your ticket options includes pre-class glitter and a post class drink to a live disco DJ soundtrack

Although there is no need to bring a mat (we provide them) you can don your spandex, sequins and pile on the (bio) glitter as Disco Yoga is THE most glamorous and fun way to bend and stretch! Channel ABBA, Sister Sledge and Chic, be you & be unique!

Disco Yoga® reboots the booty and revives spirits with yoga moves, infused with boogies to pumping disco grooves. Disco Yoga has become THE 'must do' activity with your grooviest pals, and our roster includes virtual classes, unforgettable hen parties and regular festival appearances at Latitude, Bestival and Isle of Wight amongst many more.

It’s for people who love to train hard and party hard, disco lovers, yoga aficionados and first timers looking for a new way to unwind and socialise!
Our mission is to never take life, disco or yoga too seriously. Disco Yoga® will get you moving, dancing, laughing, chatting and connecting.
We start each class with the option to "Glitter Up" at our glitter station before taking your place on a Disco Yoga® mat - no need to bring one. Blissful, energising sequences to a glorious mix of disco classics will rejuvenate your mind, body, soul, reboot your body and take you to Boogie Wonderland.
After the class you can reward yourself with a super tasty, superfood cocktail, and get to know your classmates. It's Raining Melon, Hallelujah! Blame it on The Blueberry and the Disco Inferno are just some of the disco twisted cocktails on offer each week. Each drink offers extra health and beauty benefits provided by their natural superfood ingredients. Yes, it's official, Disco Yoga® will make you even more beautiful!

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
