1. Booking

All bookings must be made in advance and payment is taken in full at the time of booking.

Tables are sold at full capacity. The price is calculated per seat and the total reflects the full table. All drinks are allocated to the table and are available for the group to use regardless of the number of guests attending.

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to attend. Valid ID may be requested.

All guests must hold a valid ticket for their booking.



2. Seated Ticket — Table Allocation & Seating

All seated tables have a clear view of a large screen for the full duration of the match.

Doors close 20 minutes before kick-off. Any table not occupied by this point will be released for resale. We are unable to hold tables beyond this time.

If you wish to bring additional guests beyond the table capacity, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to allocate a larger table if one is available, but this cannot be guaranteed. Additional guests will not be permitted to be seated at the original table.

Guests are welcome to remain after the match, subject to venue availability and licensing rules.



3. Standing Ticket

Standing tickets provide access to the bar area downstairs.

Stools are available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed.

If you wish to upgrade to a seated ticket on the day, this will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please speak to a member of the team on arrival.



4. Pre-match + Seated Ticket

All seated tables have a clear view of a large screen for the full duration of the match.

Doors open at 18:00 for this ticket tier. Tables not occupied by the time doors close, 20 minutes before kick-off, will be released for resale. We are unable to hold tables beyond this point.

Includes access to our games library from 18:00 until one hour before kick-off, at which point all games will be returned to the shelves and no further sessions will be permitted.

5. Seated Ticket — Games Library Add-on

Guests holding a standard Seated ticket may purchase an additional gaming session at £5 per table.

Gaming sessions are available from doors open and will end one hour before kick-off, at which point all games will be returned to the shelves.

Gaming sessions are subject to availability and must be requested on arrival.

Doors open 2 hours before kick-off this ticket tier. Tables not occupied by the time doors close, 20 minutes before kick-off, will be released for resale. We are unable to hold tables beyond this point.

If you wish to bring additional guests beyond the table capacity, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to allocate a larger table if one is available, but this cannot be guaranteed. Additional guests will not be permitted to be seated at the original table.

Includes access to our games library 4 hours before kick-off one hour before kick-off, at which point all games will be returned to the shelves and no further sessions will be permitted.

6. Welcome Drink

One welcome drink is included per seat purchased, allocated to the table.

Options are: house lager, house cider, small house wine, or a single house spirit with mixer.

A non-alcoholic alternative is available on request.

Welcome drinks are redeemable on arrival only and cannot be carried over or exchanged for alternative items.

Additional drinks and food can be purchased at standard venue prices.



7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before kick-off are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of kick-off are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Bookings are non-transferable between guests.



8. Match Cancellations & Postponements

In the event of a match being cancelled or postponed by the relevant governing body, bookings will be transferred to the rescheduled date where possible.

If a rescheduled date cannot be confirmed or does not suit the guest, a full refund will be issued.

We are not responsible for any changes to match schedules made by FIFA or any other governing body.



9. General

Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who is disruptive, intoxicated on arrival, or in breach of venue rules. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Valid photo ID may be requested at any time.
