What they say:

The Soho House group is expanding their partnership with US restauranteur Brendan Sodikoff with the opening of Soho Diner. The restaurant and bar will have an authentic American diner feel with an interior filled with dark brown wood and a bar complete with space for counter top dining. The menu is a blend of French and American dishes including burgers, steak and chips, a Philly cheese steak sandwich with pancakes and waffles for brunch on the weekends. One of the most unique things about the bar is cocktails on tap. Each cocktail will be made fresh in the morning and then ready to pour when you order, eliminating the wait time.

What we say:

The Soho House group has 11 other successful restaurants in London including the Hoxton Grill, Electric Diner and Pizza East Portobello so we are expecting big things from Soho Diner. The simple and stripped back menu has definitely got our mouths watering for some delicious French and American cuisine although it seems to lean more to the American side. We're especially loving the cocktail on tap idea because who wants to wait ages for their cocktail to be made? Not us! We're just hoping they'll be just as good made in the morning. The late night opening hours are definitely a plus and we can see it getting busy into the early hours.
