Ever the champion of up-and-coming Artists, Canvas Bar welcome’s it’s second exhibition of 2015 - Annatomix.
The Birmingham-based artist’s latest works focus on the nature of science and its connection with spirituality; Using sacred geometry as the starting point to explore a broad range of themes including; the creation of the universe, evolution and extinction, repetition and cycles in history, the illusion of reality. The multi-media artist’s work has been defined as "straddling the ever narrowing gap between fine art and urban graffiti culture" - a definition that sits well with Canvas’ Shoreditch location.
With the exhibition starting on Thursday 5th February, there are plenty of visual puzzles to solve with Annatomix’s bold geometric paintings, drawing attention to the divinity in science as well as the limitless possibilities of the human mind.
The exhibition is free, so come and enjoy a cocktail or two whilst marvelling at Canvas’ rotating feature wall.
