Celebrated restauranteur Tom Conran has joined forces with acclaimed chef Tom Straker to create New Tom's; a 12-month pop up restaurant and bar that will deliver avant-garde cuisine in welcoming surroundings. Boasting a striking interior complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, an enticing long bar with blue leather padded diner stools and even a traditional British sweet shop, the owners have set out to create "a fresh, friendly and relaxed setting." With regards to the menu, diners can expect to tuck into indulgent breakfast, brunch and lunch treats that will feature ingredients sourced from Straker's family-farm in Herefordshire.

A seriously eye-catching new addition to the Notting Hill scene, New Tom's looks set to offer a fantastic all-round dining experience. We're huge fans of the enormous windows that will create an airy and welcoming ambience, and any venue that pays homage to their site's history with a quirky traditional sweet shop is a winner in our view. The cuisine looks varied and interesting, and the long bar will provide a good place to sit, enjoy the atmosphere and a drink or two.
