The first restaurant from Keri Moss, joint winner of MasterChef 2012, The Corner Restaurant and Champagne Bar boasts a frequently changing menu with the emphasis on seasonal cooking, using the very best British ingredients. The Corner Restaurant and Champagne Bar (made entirely of marble) will be a a petrol station like venue, acting as a way in which shoppers can take a break from blasting through designer brands and relax in front of great views, a glass of champagne and some grub. There is also an Á la Carte menu will run from Monday to Saturday and a special brunch menu will be available on Sundays. Dishes to watch out for include Brioche French toast with maple syrup, Rookery Farm free range eggs, sourdough toast with either Bottisham smoked salmon or cured bacon – and a selection of pastries.
