The Wang Dan Doodle

The Wang Dang Doodle band came about in the early part of 2014, making their live debut in June 2014 at the Grey Horse, Kingston. The music of the band is based on R&B, Blues and Rock. Influenced by blues legends such as Muddy Waters and Howlin Wolf they set upon playing across the London and UK scene and they are often mentioned for their adrenaline high shows combined with great musicianship.

The band is based on three killer sections: the traditional Rock roots come from Kosmas Mylon’s guitar, the Jazz syncopate rhythm from Francesco Cuturi’s drums, and the fabulous flying harp from Laurent Mouflier who is throwing his voice and his heart into his singing.

Soon, the WDD started to work on their own materials. Inspired by much heavier, rockier and sometimes punkier sounds, the first EP of the band‘’City of Night’’ was written.

A synthesis of different traditions in an explosive cocktail to drink without breath, perfect for blowing away the cobwebs and kicking off the weekend with a bang!

Nambuca

Nambuca an alternative rock band formed in London; they engage together many influences from rock and pop whilst bringing hard rock extracts. The individual musical background of singer and guitarist Andrea Marin include supporting shows all around Europe for Stereophonics (with the band “Hero”) and for Leona Lewis in UK (with singer Nikitta Angus) as well as radio and TV appearances (BBC London and Channel 4) before founding this band with Matteo Ricordo (Drums) and Marika Rupil (Bass). They have been together since September 2013, playing regularly in London’s venues and at “SONISPHERE” festival 2014 on the “Rock Royalty” stage. On late 2014 they had an EP launch at Roadhouse in Covent Garden. Performing and writing took place during 2015, so 2016 will see the band releasing new songs and expand their shows activity

Kill For Eden

Kill For Eden are a London-based hard rock band formed by guitarist Dave Garfield and vocalist Lyla D'Souza. Lyla is a rock/soul singer songwriter who has performed in the UK, Europe and Australia..

Dave has lived and worked in Amsterdam and Cologne, recorded for EMI Germany and BMG Germany and has gigged and recorded all over Europe playing many festivals and TV shows and supported major artists on tour such as Joe Cocker, Rammstein and Die Arzte.

Londoner Mike McGuinness plays bass guitar and Wally Miroshnikov is on Drums.

Building from classic foundations in the form of Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin, Kill For Eden take their influences from the The Cult’s solid riffs, Blondie’s instant melody and Garbage‘s contemporary mix of pop hooks and rebel attitude.

Kill For Eden have been gigging around England and their debut album released in May 2013 achieved airplay on XFM, Kerrang! Radio, Bloodstock Radio and regional radio in the UK and Germany and also across Europe, Scandinavia and Spanish national radio stations.

The foursome also released a three track EP in November 2013 and continue to play live and excite audiences with their brand of electrifying and melodic hard rock.

The band are currently recording their second album for release mid 2016.

Arcade Fortress

We'd like to play a show on the international space station. Or Mars. Nothing too fancy. Wouldn't be much of a crowd though. Or would there? In the mean time, we’ll content ourselves with playing to 8 customers, 7 other band members and their cello case, 2 bar staff, 1 scabby dog and a sound guy, and half a jar of questionable pickled eggs. Our favourite haunts have no toilet paper, functional hand dryer, shame or general hygiene policy, and that’s the way we like it. Arcade Fortress are aware that this is a very specific rider, but if you know somewhere that fits the bill, put us on it.
