Re-live the era of 1980s electronica when long summer nights meant wearing the loudest clobber and dancing all weekend in a parking lot.
At this workshop you'll make a complete jewellery set in acid house colours featuring a bib collar necklace, electro themed earrings, a knuckleduster ring and techno inspired brooch.
Under the guidance of Craft Queens Momtaz Begum-Hossain and Mia Vilcins you'll get two and half hours of stitch-time and access to the biggest and most colourful stash of fabrics ever, featuring fluorescent ribbons and sparkly lycra.
Never sewn before? Don’t let that stop you, we welcome beginners, and we guarantee you’ll leave with finished jewellery pieces that you can wear. If you’re already a dab hand with a needle and thread, use this workshop as a chance to unwind on a week night, doing what you love doing best.

The Make Escape have been running workshops in London for over 5 years that are fun and friendly, making crafts accessible to all.

If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
