The rum half of Sake & Rum comes courtesy of the man behind Mahiki's success, Piers Adam, who has teamed up with former Nobu and Kurobuta London head chef Scott Hallsworth. Hallsworth's Japanese cuisine with a twist, has proven immensely popular at Kurobuta and a similar formula is surely to prove as successful in this latest venture; where as Mahiki's reputation as Mayfair's number one destination for celebrities, confirms its pedigree.
