• Ticket must be shown on arrival and exchanged for entry and the included Champagne Cocktail.
• Tickets guarantee entry until 10pm with queue jump.
• Cocktail token provided on arrival can be used until 10pm.
• After 10pm, tickets will be valid for complimentary entry and priority queuing, however a cocktail will no longer be included, and should the venue be at capacity, entry is no longer guaranteed.
• Cocktail tokens will not be valid nor can be refunded or transferred to use on another date.
• Re-entry cannot be guaranteed. To regain entry, you will be required to join the queue
• We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase
• The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. We operate a challenge 25 policy, therefore identification may be required.
• The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
• Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
• Dress code – smart/glam/party attire
• The venue reserved the right to turn you away if you are intoxicated or dress inappropriately.

Door staff also reserve the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
