Ticket Terms & Conditions Age Restriction This event is strictly 21 years and over. Valid photographic ID must be presented at the door. Anyone under the age of 21 will be refused entry and no refund will be given. Ticket Purchase & Licence By purchasing a ticket you are entering into a contract with the organiser and venue and are granted a revocable licence to attend the event on the date and at the venue shown on the ticket. Tickets must be purchased via the official ticketing channel only. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets bought via unauthorised sources. Each ticket is valid only for the specified event, date, time and venue. Entry Conditions, Conduct & Venue Rules Entry is subject to compliance with venue security checks, bag searches, and any ID or age check as required. The organiser or venue reserves the right to refuse admission, or remove any person from the event, for behaviour deemed unacceptable, intoxication, drug or weapon offences, non-compliance with venue rules, or any other reason at their discretion. In such cases no refund will be given. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the organiser. Resale & Fraud Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain unless permitted by the organiser in advance. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any ticket found to be resold in breach of these terms, without refund. The duplication, reproduction or counterfeiting of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in refusal of entry without refund. Refund & Cancellation Policy No refunds will be given if you are unable to attend the event, change your mind, arrive late, or are refused admission for any reason other than cancellation by the organiser. If the organiser cancels the event entirely you will be notified and will be eligible for a refund of the face value of the ticket (excluding booking or transaction fees). If the event is rescheduled to a new date, you may be offered the option to attend the new date or seek a refund (subject to organiser’s policy). Tickets remain non-refundable if the event proceeds as planned even if you cannot attend. Fees, Charges & Additional Costs Ticket face value excludes any booking, transaction or delivery fees which may apply. These fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the organiser. The organiser is not liable for any travel, accommodation or other ancillary costs incurred by the ticket holder (even if the event is cancelled). Liability The organiser and venue accept no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to personal property unless caused by their negligence. You attend the event at your own risk. The organiser’s total liability for any claim arising out of your ticket purchase shall not exceed the face value of the ticket. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Data & Communications By purchasing a ticket you consent to the organiser holding and using your personal data for event administration and communications. 1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 21 years of age. Identification may be required.
