Ticket Entry & Table Bookings

This ticket grants the holder single entry to the nightclub before 1 A.M. Entry will be denied after this time.

For group bookings, all members must arrive together.

If you have purchased a table, your deposit will be deducted from your minimum spend. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. All table bookers must arrive before 1 A.M.

Queue Jump

Only guests with confirmed table reservations who have received prior approval from the event manager are entitled to queue-jump privileges.

Identification Requirements

All guests must present valid, scannable physical identification, such as a driver’s licence or passport.

Digital copies or mobile images are not accepted.

Entry will be refused without proper physical ID.

Dress Code

Smart attire is required. Designer wear is acceptable.

Not permitted: hats, hoodies, sportswear.

Designer trainers are allowed.

Security Checks

Bag searches will be conducted upon entry. All guests are subject to pat-downs, pocket checks, and security screening.

Chewing Gum

Chewing gum is not permitted inside the venue and will be confiscated if found.

Door Policy

The security team has full discretion regarding entry decisions.

Gender Balance

Entry may be refused based on gender imbalance, at the security team’s discretion.

Right to Refuse

Management and security reserve the right to refuse entry at any time.

Entertainment Changes

Entertainment and acts may be subject to change without prior notice.

Last Entry

Final entrance to the venue is strictly 1 A.M.

Cloakroom

For security reasons, all coats and bags must be checked in.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued if entry is refused due to failure to comply with venue rules or ID requirements.

Event Postponements

If an event is postponed, tickets may be transferred to a future date, but refunds will not be issued

9. Event Cancellation: Refunds will ONLY be issued in the event of event cancellation.
