As a professional singer, Shane has performed a number of highly acclaimed one-man shows in theatres in the UK and Europe and is widely regarded as one of the country’s top swing singers and is in constant demand with many big bands and orchestra’s.
Shane is often seen performing in prestigious jazz and cabaret clubs in and around London's thriving West End with his swing band and with the likes of the Ronnie Scott's Jazz Orchestra, Syd Lawrence Orchestra as well as with his own 17-piece big band. Dean Gee has been singing fully professionally since 2005 and his career has been a story of success and development since then. Building on his early contacts, he began working on cruise lines in 2007, and has performed on ships around the world.
In 2005 Dean was told, by an enthusiastic and highly experienced Frank Sinatra tribute, that he sounded very much like Dean Martin, and should work on this aspect of his career, and so “The Ultimate Dean Martin Tribute” show was born and has become an important part of Dean’s career.
However, Dean’s voice covers much more than just his tribute to the great “Dino” – and his repertoire continues to grow year by year!
As an all-round entertainer, Dean not only covers all of the “Swing” genre, but will have your party up and out of their seats with a wide range of classic pop, dance and rock’n’roll tunes too. He has steadily become recognised as not only one of the top Swing & Rat Pack singers in the UK, but also as a top quality entertainer in general

Sourcing the greatest grass-fed Aberdeenshire beef is crucial to Boisdale but equally so is the attention to detail involved in the dry ageing and the actual cutting. All the beef supplied to Boisdale is from the very best certified beef suckler herds of Aberdeenshire Boisdale is wild about game and all manner of chase and fowl find their way to the tables, be it red grouse – the ultimate game bird uniquely indigenous to Scotland and northern England or Highland venison, the regulars’ favourite served hot smoked with a black truffle dressing. Wild fowl, hare, partridge – all can be enjoyed in the Boisdale restaurants when in season.
Gourmets can also delight in arguably the best beef in the world: 28-40 day matured purebred dry aged Aberdeenshire steak as well as other remarkable meat that includes Highland Blackface Lamb.
The most famous Scottish export after whisky - smoked salmon - comes to Boisdale from award-winning, small family-owned farms and smokehouses. Other fish specialities include the diver-gathered Orkney King scallops, Loch Ryan native oysters, organic West Minch salmon from South Uist, sweet dill-pickled herring from the Summer Isles, as well as abundant varieties of other seafood.
