ABOUT AMY WESTNEY
Amy grew up around a plethora of music and is influenced by James Taylor, Carole King and Emmylou Harris all the way through to Incubus, P!INK and Carrie Underwood. Through this, Amy found her feet in country music, a genre held together by storytelling.
She was announced as one of the BBC's Sound of 2017 and has performed for audiences of over 2,000 throughout the country, from theatre tribute shows, to themed nights at community venues to festival stages as well as working in Europe.
Travelling out to Nashville, Tennessee each year keeps Amy's mind fresh with the sound coming out of Music City and bringing in a true authentic old school sound to her songs and writing.
Amy's outlook, personality and eagerness to succeed in the industry has opened many doors, allowing her to create a strong musical network in both America and the UK.

At first glance; Lisa Wright is a 5 foot, blonde, Essex girl who seemingly charms her way into the audiences affection by cracking jokes and telling stories before she begins to play... The room then goes silent.
BBC Music Introducing announced her as one of their emerging 'BBC's Sound of 2017' and was hand picked by BBC 6 at Latitude Festival 2017.
Described as 'Carole King meets Patty Griffin meets John Mayer', Lisa was championed by the Nashville Songwriters Association as their 'One to Watch', after she impressed the transatlantic audience with her unique and intelligent songwriting. Lisa was also selected as a Song Suffragettes songwriter in Nashville's female-only singer-songwriter showcase.
Lisa has released two EP's which both entered into the iTunes Country Charts at number 3 - making Lisa the only independent, female artist in the top 30.
