Soul i funk może nie były wiodącymi nurtami w polskiej muzyce rozrywkowej, jednak w kraju nad Wisłą zawsze miały swoich wybitnych przedstawicieli. Wielu z tych twórców reprezentowało muzyczny kunszt najwyższej próby, o czym przekonacie się na własne uszy już 26 września. Tego wieczoru Anusz, czyli nasz gość z Warszawy, zaprezentuje autorską selekcję najciekawszych i często kompletnie nie znanych polish-funkowych sztosów minionych dekad. Za punkt wyjścia posłuży bogaty muzyczny dorobek Andrzeja Zauchy - jednego z najwybitniejszych polskich soulmanów i jazzowych wokalistów. A rozwinięciem DJ setu naszego gościa będzie cały przekrój mniej lub bardziej znanych utworów, prezentujących różnorodne style, inspiracje i pomysły polskich artystów, które składają się na unikalny groove prosto z serca centralnej Europy.

DJ, party rocker i jeden z organizatorów głośnego cyklu Rap History Warsaw. Dziennikarz warszawskiego Radia Kampus i współprowadzący audycji Hip Hop Kampus. Na swoim koncie ma kilka wyróżniających się mixtape'ów m.in. poświęcone pamięci Andrzeja Zauchy "Zaufaj sobie" oraz "Magia to ja". Jako DJ i selektor Anusz dobrze czuje się w takich stylach i gatunkach, jak: hip-hop, rnb, boogie funk, disco czy wreszcie taneczne edity i remiksy polskiej muzyki rozrywkowej. W ostatnich latach chętnie gra wideo-sety z bogatej selekcji około-rapowych i funkowych teledysków. Na koncertowej scenie supportował m.in. takich artystów jak: Grandmaster Flash, Ghostface Killah, Smif N Wessun, Jeru The Damaja czy Delinquent Habits.

Soul and funk may not have been the leading trends in Polish pop music, but they have always had their outstanding representatives in the country on the Vistula river banks. Many of these artists have represented musical artistry of the highest order, as you will hear with your own ears on the 26th of September. During this evening, Anusz, our guest from Warsaw, will present an original selection of the most interesting and often completely unknown polish-funk bangers of the past decades. The starting point will be the rich musical output of Andrzej Zaucha - one of the most outstanding Polish soul and jazz vocalists. And the development of our guest's DJ set will be a whole cross-section of more or less well-known songs, presenting a variety of styles, inspirations and ideas of Polish artists, which make up a unique groove straight from the heart of central Europe.

Warsaw club parties. A journalist of Warsaw's Radio Kampus and
co-host of the Hip Hop Kampus radio broadcast. He has recorded
several mixtapes, including "Zaufaj Sobie" and "Magia To Ja",
dedicated to the memory of Andrzej Zaucha - outstanding polish
soul-funk singer and jazz musician. As a DJ and a selector Anusz
feels good in such styles and genres as hip-hop, rnb, pop, boogie
funk, disco or, finally, dance edits and house remixes of Polish
pop music. In recent years, he has been keen to play video-sets
from a rich selection of around-rap and funk music videos. On the
concert stage, he has supported such artists as Grandmaster Flash,
Ghostface Killah, Smif N Wessun, Jeru The Damaja and Delinquent
Habits.
