Inspired by an ancient pilgrimage to the Santiage de Compostela at Galicia, the menu puts its radically seasonal spin on the routes across the Camino taken by pilgrims.
Putting a focus on small plates and sharing dishes, Pilgrim brings together flavours from across the regions.
