One of the most exciting Liverpool launches of the year, this Spanish-inspired eatery at Duke Street Market is shaking up everything you thought you knew about tapas. Inspired by an ancient pilgrimage to the Santiage de Compostela at Galicia, the menu puts its radically seasonal spin on the routes across the Camino taken by pilgrims.

Putting a focus on small plates and sharing dishes, Pilgrim brings together flavours from across the regions. From simple, rustic selections such as coal-cooked potatoes and wood-fired broad beans with smoked garlic salt, to octopus terrine and quail, the Million Pound Menu winners are running the gamut of seasonal fare and transforming it into stunning plates of food and an expansive four-course tasting menu.

And if you're more about the drinks than the eats, their mezzanine bar offers an extensive range of wines, sherries and Vermouths to try out, alongside a range of on-tap cocktails - or 'taptails' - that aim to provide both quality and minimal waste.
